Dr. Chu received his M.D. from Tulane University, New Orleans Louisiana 1979. He completed his Urology residency from UC Irvine in 1985. He is the founding member of San Bernardino Urological Associates Medical Group in 1985. He has been a Board Certified Urologist since 1987 and has been recertified in 1995 and 2006. He was a clinical faulty of UC Irvine Urology Department from 1985-1991. He has served as Chief of Surgery of both St. Bernardine Medical Center and Community Hospital of San Bernardino. He is a Fellow of American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Urological Association, California Urological Association and California Medical Association. He also received a M.S. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.

Dr. Chu had served as Chairman of St. Bernardine Medical Center’s Institution Review Board from 2000-2008. He is also active in all areas of urology research, serving as primary investigator or sub-investigators on over 200 industry and federally funded clinical studies. He is the author of numerous peer reviewed articles on Prostate Cancer, Advanced Prostate Cancer, Overactive Bladder and Erectile Dysfunction. He also serves as a national advisor for multiple national and international pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. Lama graduated Summa Cum Laude from Manhattan College, where he received his Bachelors of Science degree in 1980. There he was elected into Epsilon Sigma PI Honor Society and Phi Beta Kappa. He received his M.D. from the State University of New York at Downstate in 1984. He was elected into Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He completed General Surgical internship and Urologic Residency at New York University. He has been Board Certified since 1993 and re-certified in 2001 and 2014. He is a fellow of the International College of Surgeons.

Dr Lama has served on numerous committees at both Community Hospital of San Bernardino and St. Bernardine Medical Center. He has served as vice-chairman of Department of Surgery at both area hospitals, and has served as Chairman of the Tissue Committee for three years. He has served as consultant to several pharmaceutical companies and has been actively involved in clinical research both as a Prinicipal Investigator and Subinvestigator since 1999. He has been in practice in San Bernardino since 1990.

Dr. Dong received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University, his MD from Medical College of Cornell University, his surgery and urology residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He has finished his fellowship training in Endourology, Minimally Invasive and Robotic Surgery at the University of Southern California.  Dr. Dong joined San Bernardino Urological Associates in 2013.  

Dr. Dong is the director of robotic surgery at Saint Bernadine Medical Center. He is able to perform complex robotic assisted surgeries. In addition to robotic assisted radical prostatectomy, he also specializes in robotic assisted partial nephrectomy, nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, sacral colpopexy, radical cystectomy, as well as other robotic surgeries for benign and malignant urologic conditions.

Dr. Chenam is a fellowship-trained specialist with expertise in the field of Urologic Oncology and Robotic Surgery. He is passionate about robotic surgery for complex cancers involving the prostate, kidney, and bladder. He is also interested in providing innovative and minimally invasive treatment options for kidney stone disease, benign prostatic hypertrophy, and ureteral stricture disease. Dr. Chenam has published numerous book chapters and peer reviewed journal articles related to his expertise and presented his work at many national and international scientific meetings.

Dr. Chenam received his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Medicine from Saint Louis University in Saint Louis, MO. He completed his General Surgery and Urology Residency at Beaumont Health Systems in Royal Oak, MI. He then completed a two-year fellowship training in Urologic Oncology and Robotic Surgery at the City of Hope National Medical Center in Duarte, CA. Dr. Chenam joined San Bernardino Urological Associates in 2018.

Dr. David Koslov is a fellowship-trained specialist with expertise in the field of reconstructive urology. He is passionate about helping patients with complex urologic conditions such as urethral and ureteral stricture disease, post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s Disease, BPH and kidney stones. He also has significant experience in female pelvic floor reconstruction and manages pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and voiding dysfunction. He manages post-surgical, post-radiation, and post-trauma complications of the urethra, bladder, ureter and kidney. He also offers robotic, endoscopic, and open procedures to tailor surgical approaches to patients’ needs.

Dr. Koslov completed a urologic residency at Wake Forest University in North Carolina and a two-year fellowship in reconstructive urology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Koslov has published many peer-reviewed papers, book chapters, and presented research at both regional and national conferences. Following his fellowship, he joined San Bernardino Urological Associates in 2020

Dr. Danny Lama completed his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology at the University of California Santa Barbara. He then went to the University of California Irvine School of Medicine to earn his medical degree. While in medical school he completed a year of research in endourology. He designed and oversaw studies exploring the management and treatment of kidney stone disease and small renal masses. He then completed Urology residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio. Given his strong interest in robotic surgery, he then enrolled in a two year comprehensive fellowship in Urologic Oncology and Robotic Surgery at the City of Hope National Medical Center in California.

Dr. Lama has traveled to several continents to present research in endourology and urologic oncology. He has published numerous peer-reviewed studies and participated in designing a clinical trial exploring focal therapy treatment of prostate cancer. His current practice focus remains in urologic oncology and general urology, with specific interests in the surgical management of kidney, prostate, and bladder cancer, MRI-ultrasound fusion targeted prostate biopsy using a transperineal or transrectal approach and focal therapy treatment of prostate cancer. Due to his training, he offers a diverse multi-port and single-port robotic surgical skill set. Dr. Lama is a true Californian and loves to spend time at the beach, on the road cycling, mountain biking, cross-training and traveling.

Vincent Wong MD

Dr. Wong grew up in Southern California and returned home after completing his medical training across the country. He earned his medical degree at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, one of the nations top tier medical schools, before pursuing urology training in New York.

His training included broad exposure to diverse practice environments, with experience delivering high-quality suburban urologic care at Westchester Medical Center, as well as managing complex, high-acuity cases at Lincoln Medical Center, one of the largest trauma centers in the Northeast. He also trained at Hackensack University Medical Center, a national leader in advanced robotic surgery.

Dr. Wong is comprehensively trained across the full spectrum of urology, including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), kidney stone disease, genitourinary cancers, urinary incontinence, urinary tract infections, and other genitourinary conditions, and robotic surgery.

In addition to clinical practice, he has contributed to urologic research spanning BPH, urologic reconstruction, and prostate cancer, reflecting a strong commitment to evidence-based care and familiarity with the most advanced treatment approaches.
